What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

At House of Furnishes, we take quality control seriously and inspect all items before shipping. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please attach clear photographs showing the damage and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will review your complaint and offer the best possible solution, which may include:

Missing Item from Your Order?

If an item or assembly part is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive what you ordered.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped, and we’ll issue a full refund.
