- Shipping is free within the UK and EU Mainland continental for all orders over £100.
- Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days from the receipt of the order.
- Ground delivery usually takes 4-10 business days once shipped, though delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, shipping address errors, customer availability to receive the delivery, etc.).
- Tracking details for your order will be provided once it has been dispatched, and you can easily track your shipment on the DPD website.

- In the event that an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you within 24 hours of placing the order to notify you.
Delivery Process:
- On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email notification.
- Your goods will be shipped via the efficient and reputable courier service, DPD, and are expected to arrive between 9 am and 5 pm on a working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with their contact details so you can arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Please note that deliveries cannot be made to PO box addresses.
- Upon receiving your goods, it is essential to check that everything has arrived correctly and in good condition. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.
